Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments.
- Store products in designated locations using appropriate methods.
- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly wear and maintain all required PPE.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments and verifying contents.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency in the logistics process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving manual Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable with Lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
