Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for accuracy? Our San Francisco, California facility is looking for a motivated Order Picker to join our warehousing and logistics team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is vital to our success, ensuring that our clients receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will navigate the warehouse using scanning devices and pick lists, demonstrating efficiency and precision. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is key. We prioritize a safe working environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols is mandatory. Experience with order fulfillment in a busy logistics setting is highly desirable. Responsibilities include:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verifying product codes and quantities before fulfilling orders.
- Packing items securely for shipment.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhering to all company policies, including those related to Safety and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Meeting established productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
