Virginia Beach, Virginia needs motivated Picker/Packers to join our **Logistics** operations! This role is essential for fulfilling customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for picking items from our warehouse inventory and carefully packing them for shipment, ensuring product safety and presentation. - Accurately selecting items from inventory based on customer orders, using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Inspecting items for damage or defects before packing.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company **Safety** regulations and wearing mandatory **PPE**, such as **Lifting** straps and safety shoes.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Assisting with inventory cycle counts and restocking as needed.
- Identifying and reporting any stock discrepancies or potential hazards.
This role requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** items up to 50 lbs.
