Join our dynamic warehouse team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Picker/Packer! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your dedication to accuracy, speed, and quality is essential for our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. We are seeking motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions precisely, and adhere to all safety regulations. This is a key position in our supply chain, contributing directly to the successful delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities before packing to ensure order accuracy.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure products are protected during transit.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, preparing them for shipping carriers.
- Apply correct labels and documentation to outgoing packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments as needed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed established productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
