We are seeking a personable, detail oriented Inside Sales / Counter Sales Associate to support walk-in and telephone customers, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is critical to daily branch operations and requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone customers. Support sales growth through accurate order processing and product knowledge. Maintain an organized, professional counter and showroom environment. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Assist walk-in and telephone customers with product selection, pricing, and availability. Receive, enter, and track customer orders through completion and delivery. Resolve order challenges, process returns, and provide shipment status updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom and counter area. Develop and maintain working knowledge of Fishman product offerings. Support branch operations as needed, including coordination with warehouse staff. Always Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency. Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented work ethic. Willingness to learn products, systems, and processes. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Flooring industry experience preferred (products, installation techniques, best practices). Inside sales or counter sales experience in a B2B environment.
