Technical Architects
who will actively drive the daily usage and adoption of Salesforce products. This unique role merges pre-sales expertise with long-term technical advisory, requiring the Architect to work in close proximity (2+ days/week) to their aligned strategic customers. Collaborating closely with your Account SE and AE, you will help shape a sustainable strategy for your assigned account(s). Your primary mission is to boost customer usage by developing, coding, and configuring high-value, data-driven solutions that demonstrate the power of the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud,
Agentforce (AI) , and
Data Cloud . You will also serve as a trusted advisor to ensure successful feature adoption and promote consumption growth. Key Responsibilities Onsite Technical Discovery:
Conduct workshops with business users, customer architects, and development teams to uncover new use cases, systems, data flows, and identify business bottlenecks. Design & Deliver POCs:
Lead the complete process for Proofs of Concept (POCs). This hands-on role involves crafting functional segments of the ultimate solution using Apex, LWC, and Flow. Customer Education:
Ensure comprehensive awareness and understanding of Salesforce capabilities among customers. Build trust and credibility throughout both IT and business teams by regularly educating them on new features and acquisitions. Customer Adoption & Health Customer Health Checks + Education:
Collaborate to carry out quarterly health checks and regular evaluations to identify opportunities and recommend underutilized features that could serve business needs. Accelerate Adoption:
Provide direct support and training to the customer's team by prototyping new ideas and features, developing new processes, or activating predictive, generative, and agentic functionalities to enhance usage and consumption. Architecture & Strategy Architect the Solution:
Ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-cloud solution, regularly reviewing with VPs of Engineering and CTOs. Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute reusable POC assets, playbooks, and best practices to guide team members and maximize organizational impact. Required Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of solution/technical architecture experience in a challenging pre-sales, consulting, or professional services context. Architecture Acumen:
Proficient in designing complex data models, defining sharing/visibility strategies, and creating comprehensive system-level architectures for enterprise solutions. Communication:
Stellar problem-solving abilities and comfort in presenting intricate technical narratives to both skeptical engineering teams and C-level executives. Availability:
Willingness to be physically present with your customer for
50-60%
of your time. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, or System Architect certification; Agentforce Champion or above. Experience:
Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, understanding of Agentforce concepts, and experience applying AI in customer service or engagement situations, along with implementing or supporting Data360 (Data Cloud). Public Cloud Platforms:
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Agentic Standards:
In-depth knowledge of Agentic standards like MCP, A2A. Salesforce Cloud Expertise:
