What we are looking for: Digital Analytics Manager
What you’ll be doing:
Work with internal teams and clients to identify and report data that maps to business objectives.
Identify and recommend key performance indicators (KPIs)
Deep dive into Google Analytics, and/or Adobe Analytics to provide insights on how to help our clients invest intelligently in their marketing mix
Translating business goals into technical requirements & working closely with developers to implement and test new tags
Auditing existing analytics implementations and presenting your analysis to clients
What you’ll bring along:
Experience working in highly collaborative, integrated teams at mid-size advertising agencies
5+ years of hands-on experience working inside of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
3+ years of working with clients and/or reporting measurement insights to marketing stakeholders within an organization
Awareness of the wider Digital Marketing space, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO & general Digital Marketing strategy
Experience visualizing data to communicate analysis with stakeholders in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other visualization platform
An understanding with connecting online & offline data sets within Google Analytics a bonus
Understanding of Google Tag Manager
The ability to know your way around a spreadsheet – beyond simple data input, you’re well versed when it comes to basic data analysis
Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
