Define KPIs and measurement approach for an upcoming feature release in consultation with product owners.
Quantify impact of customer pain points identified by customer feedback in partnership with customer experience management and drive improvement of experience.
Creating/maintaining dashboards which enable monitoring of in-market customer or patient experiences
Managing approx. 1-2 analysts within the team
Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics
2+ year of experience in SQL or web analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics with an understanding of data warehouse architecture
Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital click stream data and web/mobile analytics tools including Adobe
Experience in Tableau or equivalent (eg. Power BI, etc.)
Project oriented, pro-active, and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects and changing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment and constantly deliver superior results within given deadlines
Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail
Education Bachelor's Degree Required
Masters Degree Preferred
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
