About the Role:
Are you ready to take the lead in driving finance-related projects across GEDU entities? As our Program Manager – Finance , you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing projects that make a real impact. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to post-implementation support, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into effective system configurations and workflows.
- Documentation Mastery: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports. Monitor progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Status Reporting: Prepare and present project status updates to senior leadership, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure alignment with financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Data Migration & Testing: Facilitate data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- User Support: Provide training and change management support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Experience: Proven project management experience in finance-related projects.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with UNIT 4 Finance modules.
- Experience with ERP implementations or upgrades.
