Specialized Case Manager - Judicial Field Job Description Are you interested in the judicial field? Does performing various essential tasks for the proper functioning of justice motivate you? They are also authorities for adult protection and for the justice of peace of the Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut district, which employs more than 30 people and is seeking a specialized case manager. Responsibilities Ensure the autonomous management and follow-up of inheritance office files, mastering the procedures and business processes in the field. Analyze and process the various stages of the procedure related to file management, ensuring that all documents are complete and compliant. Collaborate in the holding and organization of hearings and auditions by determining the degree of urgency, taking charge of, routing and sending various correspondences by setting priorities according to deadlines. Draft certain decisions under the authority of the judge or any other authorized person. Provide service at the counter and by phone by informing litigants and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and more detailed information found in the specifications. Have questions? Ms. X, First Clerk, is willingly at your disposal at the department. Commercial employee title or any title deemed relevant, two years of professional experience in the judicial field, in a study or public service, and stress resistance. Good writing skills and excellent spelling, ability to work autonomously and take responsibility under the hierarchical manager. Flexibility to provide service at the counter and by phone. Knowledge of common tools, speed, rigor, precision, and discretion are required. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt enforcement register and a criminal record of less than three months. Engagement in the lower salary class is possible if the duration of experience related to judicial field, in study or notary is insufficient at the time of employment. WHO ARE WE?
