Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Use order sheets or scanning devices to identify and locate items.
- Verify the correctness of picked items and quantities.
- Stage picked orders in preparation for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
- Report any picking errors or equipment issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to engage in moderate lifting as needed.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory systems.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
