Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your contribution is vital to the smooth operation of our **logistics** and supply chain. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of consistent **Lifting**, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Sort and place materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational procedures.
  • Pick and fill orders accurately from stock.
  • Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper **safety** and handling.
  • Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent checking and reporting.
  • Keep warehouse clean and orderly, ensuring **safety** standards are met.
  • Wear and properly use all required **PPE**.
  • Assist with **logistics** operations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or **logistics** environment is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to **safety** procedures and proper **PPE** usage.
