We are seeking a skilled and reliable Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse environment. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient inventory management and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. You will work closely with other warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and supervisors, to fulfill orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe and efficient reach truck operation, a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area. Attention to detail is paramount in this position to prevent errors and ensure product integrity. Your daily tasks will involve navigating narrow aisles, picking items from various rack heights, and ensuring proper placement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move and position products.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.

- Follow all **safety** guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to **safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
