Are you a focused and efficient individual looking for a rewarding opportunity? Our Orlando, Florida facility is seeking dedicated Order Pickers to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. You will be a key part of our supply chain, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret pick lists or use RF scanning devices to locate and retrieve items.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or designated staging areas.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or low stock levels to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with Safety standards.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the tasks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including stocking and replenishment.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations through diligent work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures is essential.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are mandatory.
