We are hiring a skilled Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This position is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for a range of activities, from receiving and storing merchandise to picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, and dedicated to upholding high standards of Safety and quality. This role is key to our operational success and offers a rewarding career path within our growing logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, inspect goods, and store them appropriately.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and stock rotation.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Contribute to team goals and assist colleagues as needed.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, walking, and Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Logistics processes is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe workplace.
