We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods within our distribution center. You will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report any discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and inventory locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure all required PPE is worn at all times.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to Safety protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
