We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in Baltimore, Maryland! As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This position is key to our overall logistics network, ensuring that goods move smoothly from our facility to their destinations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all employees to follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting practices. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including Lifting guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Support logistics operations by performing various warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
