We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Your primary responsibilities will include locating items within the warehouse using order sheets or scanning devices, carefully picking the correct products, and preparing them for shipment. This involves packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit, applying shipping labels, and staging orders for the shipping department. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a team setting. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols. This includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and gloves, as necessary. Significant lifting may be required throughout the shift.
