Become a Fulfillment Associate in our dynamic San Francisco, California facility! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and adhering to strict Safety guidelines. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. We emphasize teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high operational standards within our logistics operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse management and contribute to a growing company. We provide a safe work environment, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and labeling.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and documentation.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
