Job Summary:
Are you an energetic individual ready to make a difference? Our Detroit, Michigan location is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our essential logistics team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the forefront of preparing and dispatching orders with speed and accuracy. Your primary duties will involve picking, packing, and ensuring the quality control of items before they are shipped to our customers. This role is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment and are expected to strictly follow all Safety guidelines. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary PPE. Responsibilities include:
  • Accurately picking products for customer orders using scanning technology.
  • Packing items carefully and securely for shipment.
  • Verifying order accuracy before dispatch.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
  • Operating various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
  • Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Meeting productivity targets while ensuring high quality of work.
  • Assisting with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
This role requires frequent Lifting and the ability to move throughout the warehouse efficiently. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in logistics are essential.
