Exciting - Your Tasks:

• Conceptualize and design user experiences for our software projects (web, desktop) in industrial quality assurance (inspection systems)
• Simplify user interactions with the goal of "easy-to-use"
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement modern and intuitive user interfaces
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Analyze and optimize existing interfaces based on user feedback and KPIs

Convincing - Your Profile:

• Completed studies in UX design, human-computer interaction, psychology, communication design, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally in an agile environment
• Proficient in common design and prototyping tools
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Interest in working in an industrial environment
• Strong sense of design, user guidance, and interaction concepts
• Team player, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
