Director, Digital Product Management & Design - Great Wolf Lodge Join Great Wolf Resorts as Director of Digital Product Management and drive the digital transformation of family hospitality experiences. You will partner with the VP of Digital to lead digital guest experiences from online discovery and booking through in-resort technology solutions. Lead a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers, UX/Design, and Content specialists to deliver measurable revenue growth while pioneering industry-leading digital innovations. We are seeking a results-driven leader with proven expertise in scaling consumer digital platforms, motivating cross-functional teams to exceed targets, and creating integrated digital ecosystems that delight customers and drive business success. Drive Revenue Through Digital Excellence - Optimize greatwolf.com to maximize discovery, conversion, and booking revenue. Lead continuous testing and optimization across UX, technology, creative, and content to deliver measurable revenue growth through data-driven experimentation and strategic improvements. Transform the Guest Journey - Create exceptional digital experiences that delight families from booking confirmation through post-stay engagement. Pioneer innovative solutions using emerging technologies to differentiate Great Wolf and build lasting guest relationships. Revolutionize In-Resort Digital Experience - Seamlessly integrate mobile apps, smart kiosks, messaging platforms, and digital concierge services to enhance touchpoints. Enable effortless check-in, intuitive food ordering, personalized attraction recommendations, and real-time guest services to drive loyalty and repeat visits. Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership - Drive end-to-end product strategy across the customer lifecycle with clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Present updates to executive leadership and digital steering committee with ROI impact. Innovation & Investment - Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities to drive revenue growth and competitive advantage; build business cases with ROI analyses to prioritize investments and optimize resources. Product Development & Optimization - Lead requirements and documentation across digital touchpoints, ensure seamless third-party integrations and knowledge management; execute A/B and multivariate testing to optimize conversion and UX; translate customer needs into technical requirements. Compliance & Accessibility - Ensure privacy and accessibility standards across digital channels. Market Intelligence & Research - Conduct competitive analyses, drive customer research, and align digital channels with marketing objectives; establish thought leadership in digital hospitality trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Prioritize high-impact projects, manage stakeholder requests, coordinate QA, and oversee digital content and UX improvements to drive revenue and margins. Qualifications
Required: 7+ years in digital product management leadership, preferably in consumer-facing, revenue-driving roles Proven track record managing large-scale B2C websites and mobile apps Deep expertise in Agile, product lifecycle management, and end-to-end product delivery Strong analytical skills with UX and conversion optimization experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field Ability to work from Chicago Corporate Headquarters on a hybrid-remote schedule Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field Hospitality or retail digital transformation experience Technical proficiency with Google Analytics, Jira, Figma, Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, and similar tools Experience with physical-digital integration bridging online and offline experiences Leadership Qualities
Results-oriented with balance of innovation and business impact Strong communication for executive interaction and cross-department collaboration Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and customer-centric approach Estimated Salary Range
$175,000 - $225,000 annual base salary An employee’s pay within the range is based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, location, performance, and organizational needs. The range is part of Great Wolf’s total compensation package, which may include bonuses, PTO, and other perks. This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
