Brown's Roofing, LLC is a dynamic and well-established roofing company dedicated to providing exceptional service in Monroe, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Shreveport, LA, and Little Rock, AR. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly self-motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our success. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Training provided Plenty of room for growth within the company Opportunities for additional compensation, bonuses, and more A support network that backs you through every step of the way Position Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and properties to determine the scope of damage and necessary repairs Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide professional guidance Generate accurate project estimates and proposals, communicating with production Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters on behalf of homeowners to facilitate the claims process Assist homeowners in selecting colors and materials for roofing projects Collaborate with team members to achieve regional, departmental, and company goals Manage collections, cultivate referrals, and generate positive business reviews Participate in Continuing Professional Education, and stay up to date with industry trends Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative in all aspects of work Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Windows/Mac/Linux OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite Willingness to go beyond minimum expectations Benefits: IRA Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Professional development assistance Vision insurance Compensation: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission If this sounds like you, submit your application and resume at BambooHR, and let us know why you think you would be a great fit for our team!
