Become a vital part of our operations as a Warehouse Worker in San Antonio, Texas! We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to perform a wide range of tasks in our busy distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving and unloading freight, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This role is foundational to our Logistics chain, ensuring that products move efficiently through our facility. You will operate various equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate with your team to meet productivity targets. Emphasis is placed on adherence to strict Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE . The job involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 60 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and report discrepancies.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including work areas and aisles.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety and quality.
- Wear and correctly use all required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and meet established performance goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 60 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
