Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock levels.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Implement and enforce inventory management policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other tools.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods to prevent damage and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to maintain data integrity.
- Report on inventory status, including stock levels, turns, and valuation.
- Ensure adherence to Safety regulations, including proper handling of materials and use of PPE.
- Support logistics operations by providing accurate inventory data.
- Tasks may involve some Lifting, up to 30 lbs, during audits or physical checks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics principles and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Safety procedures related to inventory handling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
