We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee our operations in Houston, Texas. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse efficiency, managing inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing process improvements. You will work closely with the logistics team to streamline operations and reduce costs. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is required, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. This role demands attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety. You must ensure all staff adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position may involve some manual tasks, including moderate lifting.
