Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick items from inventory accurately and efficiently according to order lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Label and stage shipments for outgoing carriers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and participate in cycle counting activities.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
