As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of our logistics operations, involved in a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role demands physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You'll work collaboratively with a team to meet daily operational goals and ensure timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the overall success of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE as required.
