Join our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Provo, Utah, as a Distribution Center Associate! This dynamic role is key to our supply chain operations, involving the efficient handling, processing, and movement of goods. You will perform a range of tasks, including receiving shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing outgoing freight. We seek individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to lift, and a strong focus on contributing to a high-performing logistics team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision using scanning technology.
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels in designated areas.
- Stage outgoing shipments and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided/certification required for some equipment).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and support inventory control initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
