We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations and contributes significantly to our overall logistics chain. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, order picking and packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong commitment to Safety, efficiency, and teamwork is expected. You'll utilize warehouse equipment and follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity. We provide comprehensive training on safe work practices, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper lifting techniques. - Unloading and receiving incoming goods, verifying contents.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory in designated areas.
- Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Preparing outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Performing regular inventory counts and checks.
- Assisting with general warehouse upkeep and maintenance.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
