Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately place inventory into designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace at all times.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial. Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds regularly. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. A commitment to safety and following instructions is paramount.
