Join our bustling warehouse as a Warehouse Associate in Los Angeles, California! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks to keep our logistics running smoothly. You'll be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying counts against purchase orders.
- Store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requests and internal systems.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging of goods.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all warehouse protocols.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure personal Safety.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Support the overall logistics process by performing various warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Must be capable of performing moderate to heavy Lifting tasks throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Team-oriented with good communication skills. A strong commitment to Safety and willingness to follow all guidelines is crucial.
