Responsibilities:
- Retrieve specified items from inventory locations based on order requirements.
- Use RF scanners to confirm picks and update inventory systems.
- Perform quality checks on items to ensure they meet standards.
- Package items safely and securely for shipment, selecting appropriate materials.
- Affix labels and shipping documentation to packages correctly.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Comply with all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse picking and packing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics is helpful.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong commitment to adhering to safety procedures.
