We are hiring a versatile Warehouse Worker for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility. This position is key to our daily warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient handling and storage of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Handle materials with care, performing necessary Lifting and moving as required.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Wear and utilize all mandated PPE to ensure personal safety.
- Support the logistics team with various operational tasks as needed.
- Identify and report any hazards or safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating basic warehouse machinery.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all procedures.
- Willingness to wear and maintain all required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED required.
