This dynamic role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, staging products for shipment, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. You'll operate various warehouse equipment, contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of goods. - Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required/provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety standards and the proper use of PPE within a logistics setting.
