Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick items from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is essential to our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. You will utilize various tools and technology, such as handheld scanners and order pick lists, to navigate the warehouse and select items. Precision and attention to detail are key to minimizing errors and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We foster a culture of safety, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position involves movement throughout the warehouse and requires the ability to perform tasks involving consistent Lifting of products. The ideal candidate is a team player with good organizational skills and the ability to work at a steady pace. Experience in a warehouse or order picking environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will contribute directly to the success of our operations by ensuring the accuracy and speed of order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm item selection.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including stocking and replenishment.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
