We are looking for dedicated and energetic Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and maintaining a high standard of organization and safety. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and general upkeep of the warehouse. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment for all our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming merchandise, maintaining organized inventory.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Perform regular house-keeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as directed.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
