Company Description Genolier Services is recruiting for its team based at the Genolier Clinic, a reference in medical tourism in Switzerland for over 25 years. Genolier Services relies on a network of leading private clinics, more than 400 doctors, and 80 medical specialties. It supports demanding patients by offering comprehensive, structured, and personalized care pathways in a medical environment. As a key player in the care journey, you will be the primary contact for patients and internal teams, ensuring a global and smooth coordination of medical stays, from the first contact to discharge. This position requires rigor, a sense of service, and a great ability to manage the complete patient journey from the initial contact to appointments, examinations, and stays at the clinic while ensuring onsite follow-up. Central interface between medical and hotel teams. Follow-up on files, including updating documents, quotes, and offers in collaboration with internal services. Continuous and professional communication with patients and intermediaries (agencies, embassies). Contribution to the development of the role in a clinical, hospital, or medical environment is recommended, or experience in high-end hospitality is an asset. Excellent service abilities and strong human relations skills. Comfort in a multicultural context. Ability to work as a team while demonstrating autonomy and responsibility. Professional proficiency in French and English; any other language is a plus.
