Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our hotel as General Manager. As the head of operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including staff supervision and guest satisfaction.
About This Role:
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in general management within the hotel industry.
- Prior experience with IHG properties is desirable but not necessary
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to deliver exceptional results

havingastrongfocusonrevenuegenerationandsustainabilityofprofitability.Theidealcandidatewouldalsobehighlyexperiencedinmanagingteamstoachievebusinessobjectives,yetalsobeabletomanagebetweenprofitmarginsandguestsatisfactionmetricseffectively.
