We are looking for energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a key role within our Logistics operations, responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, working in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team setting, is proactive, and understands the importance of timely order fulfillment. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and Lifting of packages. Comprehensive training on our processes and all necessary PPE will be provided to ensure your safety and compliance with all Safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or discrepancies.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Process customer orders using our warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies, especially regarding Safety .
- Wear required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and closed-toe shoes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new processes.
- Commitment to wearing provided PPE .
