*Position Overview*
We are seeking a *licensed Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our interdisciplinary team and provide speech and language services within our ABA clinic. The SLP will collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and caregivers while maintaining clear professional boundaries and evidence-based speech therapy practices.
This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with children with autism in a *supportive, team-oriented environment*.
Responsibilities
* Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
* Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans
* Address expressive/receptive language, pragmatics, articulation, AAC, and functional communication
* Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure alignment of goals while maintaining scope of practice
* Provide caregiver education and training to support carryover
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation per payer and regulatory requirements
* Uphold ASHA ethical standards and state licensure requirements
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current state SLP license in Kentucky
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
* Pediatric experience required
* Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred
* AAC experience a plus
* Strong collaboration and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
