What we are looking for:

To support our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of various IT projects across the organization. Projects will entail introduction of new systems, processes redesign, handling integration and migration-related topics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop project plans and manage project teams following agile methodologies
  • Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Track projects in Jira and manage documentation in Confluence
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations

Basic Qualifications:
  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience working with IT implementations
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to take initiative and ownership of the projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; any other languages like German are a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related fields
  • IExperience handling integration and migration-related topics
