*About the Role:*
AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a small and collaborative school district in Shabbona, IL. This onsite role primarily focuses on elementary students, with opportunities to support a limited number of students in middle and high school as needed. You’ll work closely with school teams and a remote SLP to provide services across a manageable caseload within a supportive educational environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct and consultative speech-language services across PreK–12, with an emphasis on elementary students
* Collaborate with a tele-therapist to ensure continuity of services district-wide
* Deliver services for a range of needs, including speech-only and resource-level support
* Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development using the Embrace IEP system
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking for all students served
* Serve as the primary onsite SLP, with no additional duties outside of speech/language responsibilities
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active Illinois IDFPR License
* Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

*Compensation:*
$55,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials
