Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of essential new functionality for customers Engage in proactive work to ensure systems performance and reliability Develop and maintain services that handle over 250 requests per second Collaborate with teammates to automate build, test, and deployment processes across cloud providers and Kubernetes clusters Deliver exceptional software while supporting both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience building performant backend systems using a statically typed, service-oriented language such as Java or Go BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience High enthusiasm for delivering products that solve real problems for end users Expertise or strong interest in Linux internals, concurrent programming, distributed systems design, database durability, and application security Flexibility and dedication to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-threaded programming and testing methodologies Familiarity with profiling tools and techniques for performance optimization Previous involvement in projects related to cloud services or Kubernetes
