Joining our team means working on meaningful projects that drive tangible results and business value./ppThe opportunity to help design and deploy advanced machine learning and NLP models that power Workhumans AI products./ppCollaboration with a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to build scalable and efficient solutions./ppHands-on experimentation with the latest NLP techniques and frameworks to continuously improve our AI capabilities./ppParticipation in efforts to address ethical, bias, and fairness considerations in AI, ensuring compliance and equity in all solutions./ppA supportive environment for continuous learning, with access to the latest research, tools, and best practices in AI./ppExperience with generative AI and chatbot product development, ideally with frameworks like LangChain and LLamaIndex./ppKnowledge of NLP techniques, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and sequence tagging./ppProficiency in Python programming and familiarity with NLP/ML toolkits like Sklearn, Gensim, Spacy, and NLTK./ppExperience with vector database technologies (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)./ppA collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments./ppStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences./ppContributed to the development and deployment of NLP models that drive measurable business impact./ppSupported the transition of AI solutions from development to production environments./ppParticipated in projects addressing ethical challenges in AI, ensuring fairness and compliance./ppAssisted in designing experiments and benchmarks to evaluate and improve NLP model performance./ppPartnered with diverse teams to help deliver scalable, efficient AI solutions./ppHelped maintain a library of reusable algorithms, ensuring transparency and reproducibility in research./ppWorkhuman our mission is to bring more humanity to the workplace.
