Your work will assist teachers by personalizing their teaching experience and improving student outcomes. This role combines technical excellence with an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of educators and students nationwide./ph3You will.../h3ulliTrack and analyze emerging AI systems, focusing on applications and environments related to security and safety./liliDevelop a platform for AI data training, fine tuning, evaluation and other AI related needs./liliWork on foundational models with built in security principles./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to translate research ideas into product features. Youll also have the opportunity to contribute to our overall machine learning culture as an early member of the team./li/ulh3What were looking for.../h3ulliMasters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field/liliAt least 3+ year working with generative AI models./liliWork or academic experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies/liliWork or academic experience in generic programming languages such as Python/liliHands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language model applications./liliProficiency in Python programming and version control./liliStrong understanding of the latest AI trends and practices to maintain state-of-the-art solutions./li/ulp$175,000 - $210,000 a year/ppSalary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process./ppWhat we offer:/ppFull time permanent employees are eligible for the following benefits from their first day of employment:/pulliCompetitive salary/liliMeaningful equity/liliHealth insurance benefits: medical (various PPO/HMO/HSA plans), dental, vision, disability and life insurance/liliOne Medical membership (in participating locations)/liliFlexible vacation time policy (subject to internal approval).
