Contract Summary
Our Fortune 200 Environment Services client located in Downtown Houston is looking for a developer to join their Digital Sustainability team. You will be a key player in designing and developing new reports, applications and automations as well as extending and supporting existing solutions using PowerBI & Power Apps. This position is extremely visible within the organization as you will be supporting core functions across the entire business and you will have the opportunity to build, enhance, and support solutions for multiple areas of the business, requiring a broad degree of independence, knowledge, and critical thinking skills. Core Responsibilities
Ensures all projects and data developed is value-adding and provides actionable insights. 4+ years of hands on experience developing reports and dashboards with PowerBI. 2+ years of hands on experience creating powerapps that connect to SQL Server. Experience and understanding of Microsoft Power Platform Experience with DB and Data modeling patterns. Knowledge and experience in Scrum methodology Ability to understand business problems and help create solutions. Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal business members Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPIs, and critical objectives established by the stakeholder. Present to senior leadership, working with this team as a partner and providing actionable insights and recommendations. Interfaces with data architecture team and troubleshoots complex data issues. Working and joining together large, disparate data sets to uncover actionable insights.
