Your role and responsibilities We are seeking an Oracle SCM Lead/Architect to steer the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. and may require occasional travel to support clients on-site. As an Oracle SCM Lead/Architect, you will: Oversee end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation projects with a focus on delivering client satisfaction and meeting timelines. Analyze client requirements to design and configure Oracle SCM solutions customized for their specific business needs. Mentor and guide a team of consultants throughout the implementation process. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Work in close partnership with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to align solutions with business objectives. Proactively address any implementation challenges, escalating issues as necessary. Stay current with the latest Oracle SCM features, updates, and best practices in the industry. Required technical and professional expertise Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules, particularly in Order Management. A proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle SCM implementation projects. In-depth understanding of business processes related to supply chain and logistics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective client interactions and team leadership. Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other modules. Preferred technical and professional experience Oracle Fusion SCM Certification(s). Experience in leading a team of SCM consultants across multiple implementation projects. Familiarity with related Oracle Cloud modules such as Procurement, Inventory, and Costing. Understanding of industry-specific SCM requirements, including retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Experience with third-party integration tools and technologies. Ability to offer strategic guidance and contribute to the development of SCM roadmaps for clients. While the preferred qualifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory. This senior-level Oracle SCM Lead/Architect role demands a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and substantial experience in client implementations. Candidates should be adept at managing both the functional and technical dimensions of SCM projects, equipped with strong leadership and communication skills to engage successfully with clients.
