Project Manager Energy Job Description Within the General Directorate of the Environment (DGE), the Energy Directorate (DIREN) is tasked with implementing the Vaud energy policy, promoting energy savings, energy efficiency, and renewable energies, as well as ensuring security of supply. To support these missions, we are seeking a project manager with extensive experience, particularly in the online domain and a high quality of project management skills. You will lead and implement diverse actions, both for the general public and stakeholders in the energy sector, plan the roadmap, and develop new content. Your mission is to inform and raise awareness among various target audiences to facilitate the energy transition in the Vaud territory, particularly through your digital skills and mastery of tools. As a versatile individual, you will collaborate closely with a large network of internal and external partners to optimize communication with target audiences. Your interpersonal skills are essential and facilitate the implementation of frameworks in line with public objectives. With a good understanding of energy and ecological transition issues, you have demonstrated your ability to advance projects through collective intelligence. Responsibilities Implement an active policy for the Canton regarding energy for all audiences. Develop and execute projects and activities in the energy field, ensure their monitoring, updating, and dissemination of content and set up a system to measure the impact of actions. Support the economy and sobriety unit, as well as the senior management in marketing and communication. Years of experience as a project manager for the general public. Proven experience in project management. Proficiency with digital tools for energy, environment, and public policies. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Team spirit, analytical rigor, and understanding of both German and English. WHO ARE WE?
