Conduct primary research to maintain a current, in-depth understanding of customer experiences, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement Apply mixed-methods research approaches using qualitative, quantitative and competitive insights to guide design and product decisions Use existing customer data and performance metrics to monitor the health of the user experience and provide actionable recommendations Evaluate internal and external experiences to ensure alignment with defined user strategies and goals Synthesize complex research findings into clear, compelling point-of-view (POV) documents for stakeholders across design, product and strategy teams Utilize tools such as online survey platforms, design thinking frameworks and statistical analysis software to conduct and analyze research Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful user-centered solutions Required Qualifications
Able to work on-site in Bothell, WA (5x per week) Proven experience in primary market research and customer experience (CX) analytics Proficiency in survey design and analysis using platforms such as Qualtrics XM Command of Excel, PowerPoint and online collaboration tools Experience with quantitative and statistical methods, including multivariate analysis using tools such as SAS, R or Python Ability to synthesize and present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving user experiences Ability to build rapport and credibility with both internal stakeholders and external partners Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating within cross-functional UX and product teams Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and customer journey mapping The Solomon Page Distinction
